Tending to the heart as a tool to connect and regulate the mind and body is essential and often not fully appreciated in the world of traditional medicine. This connection to our heart’s wisdom fosters our trust in our deeper truths. It supports our knowing that a softening into the heart can offer freedom and spaciousness so we can heal or grow. It can be our most powerful inner guidepost and compass.

  • I have been trained in de-prescribing and when timing is appropriate can support removal of psychoactive drugs if we determine this to be a safe and appropriate course of action.
