I have made the choice to not renew my Naturopathic licence on January 1, 2024. To truly be of more assistance to my community I require more freedom to access finer tools. Letting go of my license puts me in a better position to be able to provide my patients with something much more unique, truly holistic, and deeply healing.

If the main reason for your visit would be to discuss a physical problem then please know that I may also eventually be asking you about mental and emotional health as well. Everything is connected.

If you are only looking for a drug or natural supplement to heal your health concerns and are not interested in also investigating diet or lifestyle changes, there may be another practitioner who would be more suited to help you at this time.

After 13 years of very sparingly prescribing pharmaceutical drugs, I have stopped prescribing these. I am trained in supporting my patients to safely taper their drugs if they wish to do so but I am no longer initiating drug protocols.

I believe that the view into the truth of our own healing potential is made clearer when we have someone to help us see into this innate healing space. I’ve seen that the burden of anything other than the truth of this potential and what is not in alignment with our essential self is costly and results in disease. I see that a large part of my job is to compassionately hold space for those who are willing to be honest with what could be holding them back. This is when beautiful deep healing occurs.

Initial 2 hours appointments and follow up 2 hour appointments are $230. Other follow up appointments are $56-$168 depending on the length of the appointments.
